Onamor Capital provides investors with access to various investments that range from real estate to securities. Our offerings come from experienced managers that have a proven track record in their fields which helps mitigate the risks involved in performing.
The type of investment will determine the minimum required. Onamor capital has many offerings for almost any investment budget you may have.
Usually the type of deal will determine if this is possible. In most investments such as real estate you are not able to call back your investment until a capital event has taken place where you will be paid out your portion based on that capital event. Other investments that are more like those in securities do have a recall option.
Other
All investments come with a projected time frame as to when capital events or sale events are expected to take place. Sometimes markets change or behave differently over time and can cause a shift in plan which requires the investment to go longer. Many times on the flip side investments can also pay out quicker than projected. Onamor Capital can help walk you through certain possibilities to help better prepare your expectations on the investment.
Some investments may incur fees depending on their structure which will generally be performance based. However, Onamor Capital works to minimize any expenses possible to maximize the returns and profits for its investors.
Each investment is structured differently. Depending on the investment, you may get paid anywhere from monthly to the end of a deal. Payment structure are always provided with every deal to help the investor make informed decisions
